Ordering & Fitment

Every listing includes the confirmed Year, Make, Model, and where applicable the engine size and trim. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us with your full vehicle details before ordering and we will help confirm compatibility.

All parts sold on tnrparts.com are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. We do not sell used or remanufactured parts without clearly labeling them as such.

Yes. Tracking down hard-to-find parts is one of our specialties. Submit a part request through our Contact page with the part name, part number if you have it, and your vehicle info. We'll do our best to source it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, an industry-standard secure payment processor. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer. Brand name parts like Dorman and CarQuest carry their own manufacturer warranties. Details are noted in individual listings where applicable. We do not offer an additional store warranty beyond the manufacturer's coverage.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from our Dallas, TX location. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Check with neighbors and any alternate delivery spots first. Then contact the carrier directly to file a missing package report. After doing that, contact us and we'll assist. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on most new, uninstalled parts in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. See our full Return Policy for all details.

No. Electrical parts are final sale once packaging has been opened. This includes sensors, switches, modules, and any component with wiring. Please verify compatibility before purchasing.

Photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund. Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The part must be uninstalled and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility in cases of buyer error. We always recommend verifying fitment before ordering.
