We ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders ship from Dallas, TX.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Estimates are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are beyond our control.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery to protect both parties. If you will not be available, arrange with the carrier to hold or reschedule your delivery.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately before opening anything and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors first, then file a missing package report with the carrier, then contact us. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address by the carrier.
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
