Return Policy

Read Before Purchasing: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify fitment before ordering. Tooth & Nail Racing LLC is not responsible for parts ordered for the wrong vehicle under any circumstances. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, contact us before you order.

What Can Be Returned

We only accept returns on brand new, factory-sealed, unopened parts. The item must meet every one of the following conditions to be eligible:

If all of the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies under the conditions above, email info@tnrparts.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

We will review and respond within 2 business days. Do not ship anything back without receiving written authorization first. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the buyer's expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. We will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion depending on availability and the nature of the defect.

Wrong Item Sent

If we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund including original shipping. This is the only case where original shipping is refunded.
